Sunday School is an extension of the bible teachings received during Sunday morning worship service and Wednesday night bible study. It is a structured, Christian, educational environment for both children and adults. Study guides published by Urban Ministries Inc. are used to follow along with the bible to help explain focal verses, give a background of the scriptures, provide an in depth look at the bible and facilitate daily devotional reading. |

Sunday School focuses on the five functions of the church: evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry and worship. It is an effective strategy that serves to organize, equip and mobilize church members to live obediently as believers. |
